My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was great, with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. However, the room was quite outdated and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The automated check-in process was a bit inconvenient. While it was nice to have access to the mall and the strip, the overall experience wasn't worth the price paid.
I had high hopes for my stay but was left quite disappointed. While the location is great and some aspects of the service were nice, the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was unacceptable. Such an experience is not worth the price I paid, which was quite high. I definitely expected better from a well-known establishment.
